TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPENSIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO EXPENSIA IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You will indemnify and hold Expensia and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or breach of these Terms.
